High Blood pressure ko to bahut khatarnak mana hi gaya hai lekin low blood pressure bhi kam khatrnak nhi hai. Low blood pressure wale patient ko chakkar ki shikayat start ho jati hai. Aj hm apko low blood pressure ko avoid karne ke liye kuch gharelu nushkhe batayenge.

  1. Eat small portions frequently –
    Agar aap daily d-3 bar khana khate hai to ise avoid kijiye aur thoda thoda hi bar bar khaiye. kyuki 2 ya 3 bar khane se apke khane ke bich gap badh jata hai aur body ko required energy nhi mil pati. Ye nushkha unke liye bhi bahut faydemand hai jinko heavy diabetes hai.
  2. Have adequate salt –
    Bahut jyada namak thik nhi hai, lekin research kahata hai ki apko din me kam se kam ek chamach namak khana hi chahiye. Ap nimbu pani ke sath namak ko le sakte hai. Ek chij ka hamesha dhyan dijiyega ki aap jyada nama bhi mat khaye anyatha apko high blood pressure ki shikayat bhi ho skti hai.
  3. Drink more fluids-

  4. Caffeine helps-
    Coffee ya chai apke blood pressure ko temporarily badha deta hai. agar apka blood pressure achanak se gir gaya ho to ek cup coffee ya chai apke circulation ko thik kar dega. Ye kuch samay ke liye apke blood pressure ko randomly badha deta hai.
  5. Tulsi Leaves-
    Tulsi ka patte ko hamari naniya aur dadiya ramban dawa manti hai har ek rog ke liye. Roj 5-6 patte tulsi ke har subah khane se apke blood pressure maintain rhta hai. Tulsi ke patte me high potassium, vitamin c aur magnesium hota hai jo blood ko regulate karta hai. Tulsi ke patte me ek antioxidant Eugenol bhi paya jata hai jo blood pressure aur cholesterol ko maintain karta hai.
  6. Almond Milk-
    5-6 almond ko rat me bhigo de aur unke chhilko ko subah nikal karke pis kar ke paste bana le aur dudh me usko ubal karke pine se low blood pressure me bahut labh milta hai. Ise roj piye agar aap blood pressure ko niche girne se rokna chahte hai to. Almond milk me koi cholesterol ya fat nhi hai to apko kisi aur rog se drne ki bhi koi jarurat nhi hai.
  7. Munakka-
    Another remedy from granny’s kitchen. Rat me kuch munakke ko bhigo ke subah me usko dush me boil karke daily lene se bhi blood pressure me fall nhi hota. Isko aap daily breakfast ke taur pe kha skte hai other fruits ke sath bhi.
