Breathe Easy: Let your body make oxygen for you.

The blood  delivers oxygen to all  cells. When you breathe and draw fresh oxygen into your lungsred blood cells bind with the oxygen and carry it through your bloodstream. On a cellular level, oxygen helps replace cells that wear out, supplies  energy and supports  immune system.

Diet: Few antioxidant foods which boosts oxygen in body are like  blueberries, cranberries, red kidney beans, artichoke hearts, strawberries, plums and blackberries  which can be consumed through  juices and smoothies. Other food items like  soybeans, walnuts and flaxseeds are good source of Vitamin F creating fatty acids to increase hemoglobin in the blood stream.

Exercise: Simple walk of 30 minutes a day  has greater effects on the circulatory system than spending an hour or more in the gym 2 to 3 times a week. Besides walking also  improves  confidence ,mood and reduces  stress.

Correct way to breathe is through nose and never from mouth.

Diaphragmatic Breathing

A proper breath will draw air into the lungs, pushing the diaphragm down and  expanding the belly. This is why diaphragmatic breathing is also called “belly breathing.”

  1. Inhale slowly and deeply through the nostrils, feeling the stomach expand with each full, diaphragmatic breath.
  2. Exhale slowly out of the mouth.
  3. Repeat six or more times each minute for up to 15 minutes.

Cleanse the Air: There are a number of air purifiers on the market that can filter the environmental pollutants. Another helpful “low-tech” tool in reducing pollution in the air and purifying oxygen is a beeswax candle. They produce negative ions that help in the removal of air pollution. Indoor plants also helps remove toxic in air.

Hydrate: The human body is  60 percent water, water hence is important  for body cells to grow, lubricating  joints and regulating body temperature. When looking to get the full benefits of oxygenation, drink filtered water. Health professionals recommend 8 8-oz. glasses of water a day.
